We
start the week with a colorful lunch. I love this dish, it´s easy to prepare
quickly to cook, you can´t fail to cook it and it taste mmmm… Holy! If you
didn´t
had lunch already, and just happen to have this ingredients at home then
it´s
your lucky day. Follow this easy steps and you´re 20 minutes about to eat
a delicious home cooked lunch.
Step 1:
Boil water and cook pasta, I choose to Cooke some colorful pasta penne.
Cook
your favorite one.
Step 2:
Grab 1 red and yellow Pepper bell and dice, take 2 carrots and slice thin
layers, get the mushrooms and cut it in two or three pieces depending on
the size,
the bigger pieces the chunkier…
Step3:
As soon as everything is sliced, start with frying the carrots until they
get a
bit softer. Then add the pepper bell and fry for 2 minutes now add the
mushrooms and fry for another 2 min. Add crème fraich and a sip water,
soya and
salt (I use veggeta instead of salt) and boil for 3 min.
Done!
Enjoy your lunch.
